If you have no particular preference for the location of your villa, our Allocation on Arrival Villas will allow you to enjoy the full benefits of the various accommodation grades at prices well below those charged for named locations. The reason for this saving is that it allows us to maximise rental opportunities by filling homes not booked on particular dates.
We offer the choice of four different accommodation grades, from the basic 3 Star, to the more luxurious 4 Star Plus villas. All villas have private swimming pools and offer the same basic facilities, however the higher grades have better quality fittings and furnishings, more amenities and are generally located in more popular or newer developments. Please note that not all Management Companies offer exactly the same grades of accommodation and therefore at times what is offered varies slightly from supplier to supplier. Your villa will be situated in the areas shown on our
Orlando Map and is likely to be at one of our main named locations. The superb road network means that you will always have easy access to Orlando's theme parks and other attractions.
