CAPE TOWN - OUDTSHOORN
Travel Route 62 via Montagu and the "Klein Karoo" to Oudtshoorn, ostrich capital of the world. Wine tasting en route. Overnight in Oudtshoorn. [D]

OUDTSHOORN
After breakfast tour the vast limestone caverns of the Cango Caves, and an Ostrich Show Farm (guided). Option (for own account) visit to the Cango Wildlife Ranch. Overnight in Oudtshoorn. [B]
DAY 3
OUDTSHOORN - KNYSNA
Travel over Outeniqua Pass to George. Orientation tour of George with a view stop at Victoria Bay, a beautiful cove enclosed by cliffs. Continue to quaint Knysna, travelling via Wilderness, an attractive holiday resort with beautiful beaches. Overnight in Knysna. [B]
DAY 4
KNYSNA
Leisurely start before lagoon cruise to Featherbed Nature Reserve, trailer ride to top of Western Head, and walk back through Milkwood trees for lunch (included). Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Knysna. [BL]
DAY 5
KNYSNA - TSITSIKAMMA
After breakfast travel to Plettenberg Bay, the jewel of the Garden Route, before continuing to Bloukrans Bridge, the highest single span arch bridge in the world, currently offering the highest commercially operated Bungee Jump in the world. Visit Tsitsikamma National Park and Storms River Mouth (weather permitting). Overnight in Tsitsikamma. [B]
DAY 6
TSITSIKAMMA - PORT ELIZABETH - JOHANNESBURG
Travel via Tsitsikamma Forest to Port Elizabeth. City orientation tour of Port Elizabeth, before transfer to airport for Johannesburg flight. Remainder of day at leisure (unescorted). Overnight in Johannesburg [B]
DAY 7
JOHANNESBURG - KRUGER PARK
This adventure accentuates an authentic African Safari experience. Transfer from Johannesburg to Mpumalanga via Nelspruit, White River and Hazyview (unescorted). Enter the world famous Kruger National Park and spend the afternoon searching for the Big Five. This park has more recorded species of wildlife than any other African game reserve. In the late afternoon, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. [BD]
DAY 8
KRUGER PARK
Enjoy breakfast before you enter the Kruger Park for a full day of game viewing activity. Your guide will endeavour to spoil you with sightings of the "Big Five", general game and prolific bird life. Stop at one of the rest camps for lunch (own account). Spend the rest of the afternoon in the park. There is nothing distinctive about the topography of the park except in the northern reaches, where nine of Africa's major ecosystems meet and merge. Vegetation is mainly bushveld, varying from park-like grasslands to dense bush, especially in the rainy season. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. {BD]
DAY 9
KRUGER PARK - JOHANNESBURG
Spend the morning at leisure before starting the return journey to Johannesburg via Graskop where we will have a lunch stop (own account). Continue via Kowyn's Pass to the small town of Pilgrims Rest. Pass through the towns of Lydenburg, Dullstroom and Belfast. Arrive in Johannesburg in the early evening at approximately 18h30 (unescorted). [B]
